Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for selling and merchandising our products to customers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit customers to execute marketing plans and ensure continuous availability of products in store.
  2. Ensure the completion of all activities planned for the field sales process in order to achieve results.
  3. Work as a team to identify sales development and marketing opportunities for our products.
  4. Execute the implementation of promotional strategies adapted for each client while ensuring maximum visibility.
  5. Continually identify changes in the beer market regarding new products, packaging and business activities.
  6. Ensure an impeccable and creative level of customer service based on customer needs and our quality standards.
  7. Continuously check the management of product quality, prices and inventories and ensure follow-up with the sales manager.
  8. Supporting with various regional sales and marketing activations.
  9. Attending, running, and participating in brand experience promotions.
  10. Creating route to market plans for our clients (restaurants, bars, and large retail stores).
  11. Building and maintaining relationships with our extensive network of customers.
  12. Maintaining accountability to a portfolio of customers and conducting in-person merchandising visits.

Requirements:

  1. Full, unrestricted driver's license.
  2. 0-3 Years Experience in Sales (asset not required).
  3. Available to work fulltime on a flexible schedule.
  4. Post-secondary education.
  5. Passion for working with a diverse group of people and building relationships.
  6. Not afraid to put in the work in order to grow and be successful.
  7. Assertive and self-motivated, with excellent leadership skills.
  8. Take direction, while also possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  9. Enjoy working independently, while being part of a fast-paced, team environment.
  10. Outstanding time management skills, coupled with the ability to coordinate and prioritize.
  11. Previous sales experience selling direct to customers, customer service, merchandising, hospitality industry is an asset.
