HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Transwest Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $73,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, source top talent, and manage the interview process.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, premium adjustments, and benefit enrollment site management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, government regulations, and company policies, recommending changes as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
- Five to seven years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
