At ACD Electric & Plumbing Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the organization.

  • Establishing work schedules and procedures, promoting a productive and efficient work environment.

  • Examining and verifying the accuracy of work, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

  • Identifying workers' training needs, developing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Preparing and submitting reports, providing regular updates on departmental performance and progress.

  • Training staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring a culture of compliance and best practices.

  • Performing same duties as workers supervised, demonstrating leadership by example and setting high standards for team members.

  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to team members.

  • Maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work, ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • You have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • You are a strong leader, able to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best.

  • You are organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
