About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Administrative Officer to join our team at Boston Pizza Kingston East. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing and maintaining records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the front office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and coordinating office services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external partners to ensure seamless operations and achieve our goals.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
