We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our high-energy Sales team at West Coast Gifts Inc., Canada's largest designer, manufacturer, and distributor of premium glass pipes, vaporizers, and smoking accessories.

About the Role:

As a key player in generating interest in WCG's unique offerings, you will be responsible for converting potential customers into wholesale registrations, setting the stage for our Sales Specialists to close deals. This is an ideal role for someone who is hardworking, driven, and eager to build a solid foundation in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted accounts from a list of vetted prospective customers to create interest and excitement in potential customers.
  • Manage expectations, handle objections, and build rapport with business owners and purchasers in the cannabis accessories wholesale or distribution channels.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, including call targets and qualified wholesale registrations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of sales or related experience, including outbound calling.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for cannabis accessories.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and ambitious.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office is a plus.
