Program Overview

The RBC Indigenous Development Program is a two-year rotational program for college and university graduates who self-identify as Indigenous. The program provides a unique opportunity to develop skills and networks needed to build a career at RBC. Associates will complete four rotations, three within a specific business area and one unique rotation within a registered charity or qualified non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete four rotations, gaining exposure to different aspects of business and developing skills and networks.
  • Work on group or individual projects and other activities related to achieving team or individual goals.
  • Benefit from one-to-one mentoring with a program manager, rotation managers, and a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • Recent undergraduate degree or minimum of a 2-year college diploma from a relevant area of study.
  • Reside in close proximity to an RBC branch or RBC location and be able to commute on a regular basis.
  • Full commitment to the two-year rotational program.
