We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive business growth and profitability at beBee Professionals in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets, manage and mentor department heads, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance.

Requirements:
