About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner to join our team in Vancouver. As a Business Development Partner, you will be responsible for developing new business by leveraging your network and identifying target companies and contacts within various verticals that our company focuses on.

Your primary focus will be to pursue new clients with the goal of establishing long-term business relationships. This involves representing our recruitment services to executives at new clients/potential clients, searching and identifying target companies and contacts, and cold-calling target-market contacts to obtain active job orders and develop long-term business relationships.

  • Represent our recruitment services to executives at new clients/potential clients.
  • Search and identify target companies and contacts for developing long-term business relationships.
  • Cold-call target-market contacts to obtain active job orders and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Provide high-quality services to maintain and grow client accounts.
  • Closely monitor account growth and ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Understand each job order clearly, including technical and experience expectations, to effectively represent Destinationone Consulting Group's services.
  • Participate in industry networking events to establish and build business relationships with target-market contacts.
  • Think creatively to find solutions to business development challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong knowledge of the recruitment industry and a well-established professional network. You must also possess the ability to develop and close business valued at $1 million or more annually.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the recruitment industry with an existing network of contacts.
  • Ability to generate revenue of $1 million or more annually through business development efforts.
