Sales Account Manager

Adecco Canada is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to support small and medium businesses with their social media marketing efforts. This role focuses on consultative sales and digital marketing expertise, with a strong emphasis on building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of high-spending advertisers, identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct proactive outreach and engage clients via phone and email to enhance their advertising performance.
- Build long-term relationships by offering personalized recommendations based on industry expertise.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to clients to help them optimize their advertising strategies.
- Maintain a strong focus on exceeding quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in relationship sales or digital marketing.
- A total of 4 years of work experience, with prior inside sales and quota-based sales experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Experience working with North American clients.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer satisfaction.
