Job Title: HRIS Coordinator

At Tony's Fresh Market, we're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HRIS Coordinator to join our team. As an HRIS Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our HR Managers and Business Partners, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the HR Information System (ADP) and ensure accurate and efficient processing of team member status changes.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, including processing time-sensitive separations/terminations.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and the human resources team, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Perform simple audits to evaluate the accuracy of workflows and status changes submitted by management.
  • Assist with I9 verifications and create and issue team member badges and discounts cards for all new hires.
  • File, upload, and maintain personnel records in both paper and electronic formats.
  • Perform data entry on HRIS/ATS database and follow procedures and confidentiality policies to safeguard data and information.
  • Receive, sort, and route mail, and send confidential documents via Federal Express/UPS delivery.
  • Assist Human Resources Leadership with administrative projects and events, including team member communication print outs and mailers as needed.
  • Manage multiple HRIS mailboxes and communicate effectively with managers and team members in various departments.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of administrative/clerical experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of HRIS/ATS databases preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Work Environment:

The work environment is typical of an office, requiring the ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and use the hands to handle objects, tools, small objects, or controls. The work requires the ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs.
