About the Position

The Multifaceted Human Resources Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting various administrative tasks and functions related to key national business processes. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Manager, People & Culture, to ensure seamless execution of HR operations. The coordinator will lead full-cycle talent acquisition needs, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of letters, reports, and related correspondence materials.
  • Process payroll updates on our HRIS ahead of the semi-monthly deadline.
  • Maintain and update employee information in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the preparation of various talent management activities.
  • Perform additional administrative functions as required to support National People programs and initiatives.

This role demands excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, possess strong interpersonal skills, and remain calm under pressure.

Job Requirements
  • Post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an HR operations role.
  • Working knowledge and/or expertise with HRIS systems is required.
  • CHRP designation is considered an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
