Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Joe Apps Technology Support. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving complex technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise technical information and solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other technical support team members to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions to complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
