- Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
- Offer guidance and training to users based on identified challenges.
- Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support analysts.
- Engage in the redesign of applications and software to enhance user experience.
- Oversee the activities of other technical support personnel within the team.
- Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues.
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and necessary software.
- Conduct web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incidents efficiently.
