Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring in-depth research and troubleshooting skills.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and user feedback.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless technical support and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in computer systems, software, and network administration.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and internal teams.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
