Key Responsibilities- Technical Support

- Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions.
- Provide training and guidance to users to help them overcome technical difficulties.
- Problem-Solving
- Collect, organize, and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
- Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
- Team Collaboration
- Supervise and support other technical support workers in the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incidents and ensure that users are satisfied with the resolution.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.

- Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
