Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users facing challenges with their computer systems.
  • Refer to user manuals, technical documents, and other resources to identify and implement solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific challenges.
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for reference by other technical support personnel.
  • Engage in the enhancement of applications and software.
  • Oversee the work of other technical support staff within the team.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet issues as they arise.
  • Set up devices for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and relevant software.
  • Conduct backup and recovery operations for web servers.
