We are looking for a Territory Manager - North Vancouver to join our Commercial Marketing team. This role is responsible for delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your territory to deliver volume and market share targets that contribute to achieving national, regional, and district-level objectives.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital tools and assets to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Generate and maintain market demand of our multi-category products by ensuring adequate inventory levels and attaining distribution targets.
  • Collaborate on special projects at the provincial and national levels with your team of Territory Managers.
  • Drive performance in a highly regulated market.

Requirements:

  • 1 – 3 years' relevant work experience in a marketing focused role.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG or a global organization.
  • Strong extra-curricular participation record.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business insights, strategic approach, and account management capabilities.
  • Energetic, driven and autonomous.
  • Facility with digital tools and ability to interpret commercial data.
