About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at KINGDOM ATHLETICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office team, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the planning and coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies, and provide support for the development of our team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, organized, ability to multitask, time management, and team player.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
