Office Coordinator Job Description
  • Education: Completion of secondary education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

    • Experienced in MS Word
    • Knowledgeable in electronic scheduling tools
    • Proficient in database management software
    • Experienced with accounting applications

    • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks
  • Area of Specialization: Management of reports and records.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Organize and coordinate seminars and conferences.
    • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
    • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
    • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
    • Handle telephone communications and relay messages.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries efficiently.
    • Compile and analyze data and statistics.
    • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
    • Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
    • Set up and maintain both manual and digital filing systems.
    • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
