We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Marble Slab Creamery. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office activities.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
