Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Excelsior Logistics Ltd.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position working 30-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Office Administration
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Direct staff
- Evaluate daily operations
- Motivate staff
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Train staff
- Train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Advise senior management
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Customer Service
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
The ideal candidate will be able to:

- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Work independently with minimal supervision
