Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Lise Allin Insurance and Estate Planning Services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Daily Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, evaluating daily operations, and establishing office procedures and routines.

Schedule Appointments and Manage Contracts

This includes scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, answering telephone calls and messages, and providing customer service.

Data Entry and Report Preparation

The candidate will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, preparing reports, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Travel Arrangements and Client Communication

This role also involves arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations, as well as greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently with Minimal Supervision
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Post-Secondary Education an Asset
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
