Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:
Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Direct and oversee the work of 1-2 staff members.
- Operational Planning: Plan and organize daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
- Training and Development: Train staff and other workers on new policies and procedures, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide excellent written and oral communication.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee data, statistics, and other information, and prepare reports as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries and concerns.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision, and meet tight deadlines.
