The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Director to drive growth and expansion for Tekvaly's engineering services.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding our engineering staffing solutions. Your role includes:

  • Developing a proactive sales strategy to generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Achieving new client contracts within the first 3 months by managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • BUILDING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS with Hiring Managers.
  • Maintaining and tracking sales pipeline and opportunity progress using CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Negotiating contracts and finalizing deals while working closely with internal teams as needed.
  • Providing regular updates during internal meetings, weekly 1:1s, and company-wide briefings.
  • Evaluating performance and strategizing for future growth through Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Contributing significantly to meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Occasional travel required for client meetings and industry events.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of business development experience in a staffing agency environment.
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals independently. Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering staffing solutions and current industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot for managing sales activities.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop business relationships both virtually and in person.

What We Offer

At Tekvaly, we provide a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
