Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and order new supplies as needed.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry, maintain digital databases, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Supervise office staff, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Recruit and hire staff, manage staffing actions, and maintain a positive work environment.
