Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tino's Carpet & Duct Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and vendors, including responding to phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, client information, and financial records.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as required, including data entry, report preparation, and research.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-7 months of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other software applications.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision.
