About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Specialist to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make regular sales calls to customers to cultivate customer relationships and satisfaction with our services.
  • Analyze and plan daily call patterns in assigned territories to optimize productivity.
  • Achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives by leveraging your strong analytical skills.
  • Implement and maintain up-to-date records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances across all accounts in assigned territories.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and provide insights on key product trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
