Territory Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Territory Manager to join our team in Quebec City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Cultivate Customer Relationships: Make regular sales calls to on and off-premise customers to establish strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided.
- Analyze and Plan Sales Strategy: Analyze the total territory and each account to determine the priority selling, promotional, and merchandising opportunities, and develop a plan to achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives.
- Implement Sales Initiatives: Implement and maintain up-to-date, accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory, and recognize major trends and directions associated with specific market types.
- Ensure Excellent Service: Ensure order information is captured accurately, work with the sales system, and conduct day-to-day sales order entry, and assist customers with inventory management responsibilities such as product availability, new product placement, and rotation of stock.
- Participate in Sales Activities: Participate in sales projects, account evaluations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related activities, and participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and winery/distillery tours to remain educated in company policy and industry trends/developments.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Ability to maintain a valid and current driver's license, working knowledge and proficiency in computer skills including MS Office Suite and experience with Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems, goal-oriented focused, and assertive individual who needs little direction or supervision.
- Physical Demands: Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time may include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer or mobile device, walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping, and driving throughout the day with segments of up to 2 hours, lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56 lbs.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on relevant experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
