Job Brief: Our client, a leading Canadian food company Maple Leaf, is seeking a Territory Sales Growth Specialist to drive sales within an assigned geographical territory. The Role: This position involves identifying business development opportunities and executing sales strategies to maximize distribution of products in all territory banners.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize distribution of Maple Leaf/Schneiders/Prime products in all territory banners.
  • Manage budgets related to territory, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Develop business relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Creatively and innovatively display Maple Leaf products in the various banners.
  • Report on weekly territory and competition activities on an ad hoc basis.
  • Maximize territory coverage and make necessary recommendations.
  • Plan territory growth with the help of tools made available to the representative.
