Sales Territory Developer

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a District Sales Manager to develop and maintain a sales territory while learning our sales process. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent interviewing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales growth targets through continuous growth in average order value, new agreement growth, and average orders per month.
- Staff the sales organization with the right people, including hiring an account manager to take over the new territory.
- Field supervision and development of new and veteran sales associates.
- Establish clear district goals and sales targets through business and territory planning.
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Excellent train and coach direct sales representatives during the selling process and in planning process.
- Strong interviewing skills for sales positions and with customers.
