Job Title: Territory Sales Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Specialist to join our team at Breakthru Beverage Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products, achieving volume targets, and growing brand distribution within their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ON and OFF Premise accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls to ensure excellent execution and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze competitive activities and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and qualify new accounts to expand the brand portfolio.
  • Collaborate with supplier representatives and management to enhance product marketability.
  • Optimize distribution channels to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 or more years' experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits:

$90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
