About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Talent Development Administrator to join our team at the LCBO. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering learning and talent development initiatives that drive business strategies and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle of medium to large scale projects, including project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and subject matter experts to procure or build program content.
  • Recommend continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the employee experience and advance the HR People Strategy.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education with a minimum of 5 years of experience assisting in the development and delivery of learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working with integrated learning and talent management systems, such as Workday.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply adult learning and education principles in program design.
  • Previous project management and vendor management experience to deliver programs and initiatives.
