Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine requirements based on business needs.
  • Gather and synthesize information to identify recommendations for learning solutions.
  • Support curriculum development, including planning, designing, and outlining solutions to learning objectives.
  • Assist with project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; commercial underwriting experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and summarize data using various tools.
  • Experience with writing and developing learning resources.
  • Awareness of learning technologies, support systems, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Two years' experience in learning and development, training, design, or a business-related field.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
