Territory Sales and Business Development Executive

Role Summary:
MediPharm Labs is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our portfolio of brands and driving sales growth in the Canadian legal cannabis industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers across assigned territory.
- Provide product education to retailers and establish a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes, while consistently identifying new opportunities to promote our portfolio of brands.
- Stay up-to-date on industry-related trends, practices, and events, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with management to plan sales activities and set goals for assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, preferably within the cannabis, beverage alcohol, or tobacco industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on selling, communication, and negotiation.
- Highly motivated, result-driven with excellent self-management and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of regulations as it pertains to selling cannabis in British Columbia.
