About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Blackbaud. As a Sales Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for guiding prospects through the sales process and closing key deals. Your primary focus will be on qualifying, pursuing, and closing key plays, as well as co-selling with our CRM sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify and pursue key plays to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the CRM sales team to co-sell our software solutions
  • Establish and maintain key account relationships to drive long-term growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proven track record of success in CRM/SaaS or fundraising software sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured selling environment
