Siemens Industry Software ULC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Software Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logo prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive ARR growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver value-based solutions and drive customer adoption.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell expansion.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records, activities, and pipeline reports within Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Enterprise Software sales experience with a strong track record of hunting and closing agreements.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of software sales principles, including value-based selling and customer-centric approaches.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM tools.
