Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and contributing to the overall success of our Community Shared Services Collaborative (CSSC) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively build relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and new customer acquisition, including creating new service offerings, leading targeted marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling proposals that effectively communicate solutions to prospective clients
  • Lead sales activities, including conducting market research, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective service delivery by supporting clients throughout service delivery
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships by proactively providing updates, soliciting feedback, responding to stakeholder issues, and providing administrative support
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders and potential clients
  • Self-directed and independent, but also experienced in working effectively as a member of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and keep stakeholders effectively engaged in the process
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple high-impact priorities
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus benefits, including full-time positions being eligible for vacation, paid-sick days, as well as health and RRSP benefits.
