Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Reconnect Health Services in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners to drive growth and revenue.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, including creating new service offerings, leading targeted marketing campaigns, and crafting compelling proposals.
- Sales and Client Management: Lead sales activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure effective service delivery by supporting clients throughout the service delivery process.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Manage stakeholder relationships, providing updates, soliciting feedback, responding to issues, and offering administrative support.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders and potential clients.
- Self-Directed: Self-directed and independent, with experience working effectively as a member of a team.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.
- Benefits: Full-time positions are eligible for vacation, paid-sick days, health and RRSP benefits.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. The successful candidate must be willing to work at our office locations and attend outside meetings and events as required.
