Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for processing and preparing our semi-monthly payroll, managing ledgers, and completing government reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll (both manual and automated payroll processing), reconciliation of ledgers, and records management.
  • Tax remittance.
  • Updating and submitting benefits enrollments, changes, and reconciliations.
  • Records management - preparing and maintaining records.
  • General correspondence and government reporting.
  • Reconciliations of payroll ledgers to general ledgers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Preference will be given to those with Ceridian Dayforce HCM knowledge.
  • Preference will be given to those with a PCP designation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office understanding including Excel.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Total Rewards
