Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Léo, a trendy restaurant located in the Le Westin Tremblant hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef in menu planning and food preparation
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food production
- Collaborate with the FOH team to create a positive guest experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with fellow cooks and Chefs from across the company
- Participate in training and coaching of fellow cooks and Co-op students
- Ensure high personal integrity and business ethics in all aspects of the job
Requirements
- 2-3 years cooking experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
- Well-versed in professional cooking and knife handling skills
- Able to spend 100% of the time standing
