Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Léo, a trendy restaurant located in the Le Westin Tremblant hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage kitchen operations and inventory
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to create a seamless dining experience
  • Train and develop junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
  • Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods
