Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Léo, a trendy restaurant located in the Le Westin Tremblant hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary team and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Manage kitchen operations and inventory
- Collaborate with the FOH team to create a seamless dining experience
- Train and develop junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods
