About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Léo, a trendy hub for all-day dining located in the Le Westin Tremblant hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure seamless execution of menus and events
  • Develop and maintain relationships with fellow cooks and chefs from across the company
  • Collaborate with the FOH team to create a exceptional guest experience
  • Embodiment of leadership and passion for assisting with training and coaching of fellow cooks and Co-op students
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of cooking experience in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant
  • Culinary diploma/degree is an asset
  • Well-versed in professional cooking and knife handling skills
  • Able to spend 100% of the time standing
