Regional Marketing Innovations Director

Aramark seeks a Regional Marketing Innovations Director to drive profitable growth across various service areas. This role will develop field solutions, engage with Canadian operations and sales teams, and manage marketing objectives and activities.
About the Role- Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives, regional marketing programs, client activations, product and equipment marketing, and product management and analysis.
- Manage national marketing initiatives while developing and executing local promotional calendars.
- Develop and project manage repeatable field processes and key metrics that measure operating profit, product rotation, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure program merchandising is implemented at all client sites in Office Coffee Services, Vending, and Micro-market accounts.
- Support large openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, welcome kits, etc), proper pricing is communicated for any retail items, and training team members on how to keep spaces fresh and stocked.
- Lead pilot process from identifying opportunity locations, defining scope, implementation, and tracking.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
- Experience within a DSD, CPG, or Field Service Organization preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will be based in Mississauga, ON, CA, L4T 0A1, but may require occasional travel to other locations.
