About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Canada Inc. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description

The Strategic Operations Director will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. They will also coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments, establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.

In addition, the Strategic Operations Director will represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, select middle managers, directors or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

They will also establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.

Responsibilities
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
  • Delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Approve overall human resources planning
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and a team player
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
