Brandt is a leading provider of construction equipment and services. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Compact Construction Equipment sales team in the Central Ontario region.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong track record of sales leadership and experience in the construction equipment industry. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the Central Ontario region. You will work closely with our sales teams, branches, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the construction equipment industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and market share targets for Compact Construction Equipment in the Central Ontario region.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Work closely with our sales teams, branches, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
  • MBA or related degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in the construction equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Able to travel frequently within the region.
