About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2717237 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Work Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Certifications and Licenses

Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment
