We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2782334 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Food Cost ControlMonitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and efficiency in food preparation and presentation.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.
Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
Customer ServiceEnsure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.
Requirements- Education
A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours32 to 35 hours per week.
