We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2717237 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and efficient manner.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
- Language: English.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality dishes.
