Join CHASKA INDIAN STREET FOOD OBSESSION as an Executive Chef and take charge of our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that showcase our unique Indian street food flavors
  • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste
  • Supervise kitchen staff and provide training on food preparation and handling
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
