Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Food Cost Control

Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and efficiency in food preparation and presentation.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure that all necessary ingredients and supplies are available when needed.

Customer Service

Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dietary needs and preferences are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

32 to 35 hours per week
